  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and lemon zest. Whisk everything together until fully combined and smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. The honey will distribute evenly and the spices will integrate into the creamy base, creating a cohesive dip with no lumps. I always use quality vanilla extract rather than imitation—the difference in aroma and flavor is really noticeable in such a simple recipe.
  2. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and arrange with your choice of fresh fruit for dipping. This dip is best served cold or at room temperature and can be made up to 2 hours ahead of serving—though I find it tastes best when served right away while the flavors are bright and fresh.
